Beware: we quickly joined the HEB cult. Their selection and quality can't be beat. If you're a lover of green or cotton candy grapes, grab a bag as soon as you walk in. Their produce is so much better than the competitors options. If you're short on time for dinner, they have oven and microwave ready family or single meals and they're better than any of the weekly meal delivery services. Don't sleep on their nectarine juice either. Their prices are comparable or better than the other local options. From what I understand, Texans love HEB because they put their money where their mouth is and show up for the communities in which they serve. Their service is better than the others. They also offer pickup and delivery service provided by their own employees, which I prefer over other grocery delivery options.

The Bee Cave HEB is always clean and provides a good experience for customers. In particular, I want to recognize the Pharmacy Dept. I realize they are often stressed and customers can be anxious. Your Pharmacists provide excellent help... The whole department works effectively as well as giving the human touch so missing in customer service. We are grateful for the Pharmacy team's expertise and professional service!!! Thank you!

Hands down one of the best H-E-B locations in the Austin area. The staff are always friendly. This location is always well stocked with competitive pricing. Management doesn't excellent job. I've been to other locations around Austin and none compare.

This HEB is pretty large. Set up a little like the other HEB's I feel like they are all slightly different. Service was quick, I used the self check out. Parking lot is pretty large.

I am at this H-E-B several days a week. Luis and Julian helped me today and they were quick and wonderful. Super nice. Mac is a manager over at this location and is always a familiar face and so kind as well! We love this H-E-B. Best selection!

I started using this HEB because it was on the way home from work when I used to have to commute. I always thought it was fine but also didn't know a whole lot differently because the only one I had to compare it to was the huge one in Pearland. When I first started frequenting there, I found myself bagging my own groceries which wasn't ideal. This was way before pandemic times. I made a complaint and it actually got better after that. The way the lanes are set up quite frankly sucks. I do like their floral department and pharmacy so I still go there for those 2 things. But when it comes to shopping for food, I prefer Lakeway because they have more things that we like to buy.

H-E-B groceries - any location - are terrific stores. High quality perishables and packaged goods such as they stock are something we should not take for granted here in Texas. I also recently discovered you can fax documents at the customer service desk. Sometimes, you just have to fax and some mailing shops have stopped offering that service. I discovered home delivery when I took a tumble while out walking, and landed in the ER. Ibuprofen to the rescue! Plus a bandage and some des-stress vitamins, smiles. And when I was moving to Bee Cave three years ago, I ran out of boxes. Solution: I bought a dozen H-E-B recycled plastic totes and they worked great. My vote: A+
